Weight Loss and Hypnosis

Here’s a little exercise I get clients to do:

You can eat anything you want as long as it is on a plate and you sit down at the table.  How badly do you really want the biscuit when it involves getting a plate and sitting down!  It helps you to check your reasons for eating - is it boredom, a distraction, something to do, feeling fed up - and if you really want the biscuit then enjoy it.

Another tip is to keep a food diary and include your mood - how you felt before and after you ate. 

Weight loss is about eating less and enjoying it and only thinking about food when your body signals its need for it.
