Weight and Hypnosis - General

When mentioning hypnosis people in general will immediately think “stop smoking” but hypnosis can help you in various way with regard to weight and your body image.  Hypnosis deals with the emotional attachment to food and breaks this hold that food has on your emotions - think about it - when we’re sad, we eat, when we’re happy, we eat and we eat in between these moods! 

What would it mean to you not to have to diet again (remember don’t have x, y, z) and not to be always thinking of food and planning your next meal.  That is the problem with diets - they force you to think of food - food you can’t eat, food you can eat, food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks - it’s a constant roundabout!  You probably come on and off diets, you are “good or bad” depending on what you consumed.

So, back to my question - what would it be like for you if food did not feature so heavily in your thoughts?  Would it be a release?  Would it frighten you to have the much more space in your mind to think about other things? What could you do with this extra head space?
