This, in turn, has a positive knock-on effect because when you sleep well (quality over quantity), you can see things from a different, more objective perspective and your ability to adapt to changes during your day is easier and rather than getting stressed when thwarted, you flow easily from one task to another, as if relishing the opportunity to overcome whatever challenge presents itself.
Because it is your subconscious mind, you can make any changes you want (rather like reprogramming your computer) and the only way to access your subconscious mind is to be relaxed (i.e. hypnosis).
