To be successful in stopping smoking you need to be aware of the pay-offs and benefits you get from smoking (if there weren’t any pay-offs, you wouldn’t be smoking). Do you think smoking gives you confidence? If yes, then you may need confidence boosting before you attempt to stop smoking. Do you smoke to relieve stress – what will you do if you stop smoking suddenly. When you see me for your stop smoking using hypnosis, we work through these issues together, some you may well be aware of, others will be at a subconscious level and this gives you the best chance in being successful with quitting smoking.
