What we resist persists!
This is the reason why diets, New Year’s resolutions etc don’t work. In the case of diets, we immediately say “no more cream cakes, chocolate” and that is exactly what you want. At the start of a New Year we make tons of resolutions – we attempt to change too many things at once and so you set yourself up for failure. We all have an inner saboteur waiting and plotting, so we have to be strong, to be resolute in our desire for change. Hypnosis can help to change all that!
Remember to make a change permanent it must be congruent with heart and head. You must understand where it came from and what subconscious benefit it gave.
