How do you do develop positive thoughts -

Instead of saying to yourself or outloud how bad everything, think in terms of how you want things to be. Use phrases like “I would like if…”. Ensure to focus on the positive aspects of the past week or day. Developing a default setting in your mind to positive thinking/thoughts does take time but hypnosis makes it easier.
