If you use hypnosis to keep New Year’s Resolutions you could have your most successful year to date. Think of New Year’s Resolutions as a goal setting exercise. Write down what you would like to achieve and break the goals into Personal, Financial, Family, Spiritual, Business (and any other category you wish to add). Remember the goal you write must provoke some emotion from you, otherwise you will not be motivated to achieve it. Now timeline your goals. Aim to make one change per month – so in effect, you have the possibility to make 12 profound changes by this time next year.
It is important to ensure the you make only one change at a time. This gives your subconscious mind the focus it needs to absorb the new suggestions and information. Think about that one change – and feel it what difference it would make to your life to achieve this. Starting your sentences with regard to your goals with “I am..”, “I feel…” and “I want..” is a technique I use in my hypnosis sessions.
