Because we try to make too many changes at the same time, the subconscious mind just says “no” and no change happens. Make it different this year and begin to make plans now. The subconscious mind can only deal with one change at a time and to be successful, make a list of the changes you would like to make and find out which is the most bothersome in your life. Take that one change and make yourself nice and comfortable. All hypnosis is self hypnosis and is a concentrated relaxation with the concentration on what you to change.
