Eating, diets and hypnosis

Have you ever noticed that naturally thin people only eat for hunger and they eat what they want to eat ONLY WHEN THEY ARE HUNGRY.  They savour the flavour of their food and enjoy it.

Let’s face it when you eat some of the food, are you really enjoying it or do you feel consumed with guilt for having not even tasted the chocolate or cake or whatever your downfall food is?  Using hypnosis instead of diets is about allowing you to eat what you want WHEN YOU WANT it so that you can really enjoy the flavours and textures and eat like a naturally thin person.

Here’s a little fun experiment.

  • Place your normal amount of food on your plate.
  • Using a bandana or scarf, cover your eyes and use your senses to rediscover food’s actual taste.  When you eliminate the visual element, then the taste buds become more enhanced.
  • When you are comfortable, stop eating.
  • Look at what is left on the plate and you will find that you don’t actually need to eat as much as you think you do.  You are amazed at how little you have eaten and you have actually enjoyed the food.

With hypnosis, it is about creating an awareness about what you eat so that you can enjoy your food.  Eating is part of living and remember you body is like a machine, too much food and it doesn’t work properly, too little food and it doesn’t work properly.  It is about eating the right amount with some exercises to balance the food intake.

Diets can drive you crazy – there is too much thought about food.  Let hypnosis show you how to enjoy eating so that food takes its rightful place – as a function to ensure good running of your body.
