Am I ready to Stop Smoking?
Ask yourself the following questions, take your time and answer them honestly:
- What will being smoke free do for me?
- What have I been getting out of smoking?
- Can I list at least 3 reasons for stopping smoking?
- What are my fears?
Using hypnosis to stop smoking has to be more than a whim, you have to want to stop and these questions will help you to determine your readiness to stop smoking.
The most important question is about your fears – that voice in the back of your head that says “why is this time different?”. These are the questions we go through at session and we look at what happened in your past attempts to stop smoking and why this time is different. In this way, you can stop smoking forever because you feel this change of self, being a non smoker, on all levels. Confidence boosting and better stress management techniques are included.
What makes me different from other hypnotherapists is that I ask you what is going on inside you. You are not lying there passively. You feel the difference, you feel the change beginning, the transformation from being a smoker to being smokefree.
