It is about changing the negative images and thought processes that have been running through your mind into positive ones. It is learning how breathing and your thoughts can be used to your advantage. It is quick – no being in therapy for years and years. But you do need to be realistic – one session will not “cure” you.
You learn techniques at your very first session that empower you. It is about reclaiming your emotions. You have “learnt” to behave and react to situations and these have been conditioned through repetition, but with hypnotherapy you can re-learn more productive ways of being.
