Stress Management and Hypnosis

We all have stress, we cannot escape it but if you find that you are irritable, feeling bad about yourself, losing your temper more easily then the effects of stress are mounting.  Hypnosis is a relaxation that helps you to settle your anxiety, your anger or whatever name you want to call that thing that eats you up inside.  Frustration is a signal that you can and deserve better but perhaps you don’t know how or why.  Together we can work on what stress is doing to your body – the neck ache, back ache, shoulder ache, headaches and work to reduce these symptoms by finding a better way to let of stress.
