Male and Female Sexual Dysfunction: How Hypnosis can help

Whether it is a male or female problem, hypnosis can offer you help to overcome any issues and anxieties you may have with regard to sex.  From a male perspective, premature ejaculation and an inability to maintain an erection can have a serious effect on how you feel about yourself and your ability to please your partner.  This lack of confidence could be from negative past relationships or even comparisons about what you think you need to do.  How does hypnosis help?  Hypnosis is in essence a relaxation.  You know how your mind can affect your performance and how detrimental your thoughts are.  With hypnotherapy we can look at any underlying conflicts you have which may include unresolved feelings from past events.  The beauty of the hypnotherapy is that it is the subconscious mind that resolves the issues, not your conscious mind.  Your subconscious mind knows the reason for your difficulties in sex and only your subconscious mind resolve this.

From a woman’s perspective, issues with your body (you don’t want to be seen naked) – let’s face it, any man is usually delighted to see any naked flesh or your upbringing may have encouraged you to believe that sex is dirty and should only be to procreate.  Again, hypnosis can help you to uncover and resolve these issues.  Your dysfunction serves a purpose – for example, it may be to protect you and save you from getting your heart broken.  I don’t know what is going on – everyone will be different and indeed, you may not consciously be aware of what your fear is.  Another great reason to use hypnosis.  The benefit of the relaxation to loosen the body and stop the mind from interfering in what should be a pleasureable experience.
