Conquer anxiety with hypnosis: help in Dublin 2 and Limerick

Does your mind go at 90 miles a hour thinking of all the bad stuff that is “going to happen”?  Is your heart beating so fast you think it is going to break out of your chest?  Chances are you are so caught up in what is happening that you have no idea on what is going on around in.  With hypnosis and NLP, you are learning to reverse the symptoms and gain control, change your thought pattern from negative to positive and eventually the symptoms are gone from your life.  I would like to tell you that you are never going to feel anxious again after one session with me but that would be wrong, you will feel that at last you have the theory and we will have done visualisation techniques so that you can see yourself as you want to be.  But this needs practice – both mental and physical.  The more you exercise your body, the better looking it gets, so the more you exercise being calm and relaxed in situations where you previously panicked, you feel more calm and relaxed.  Hypnosis is about focusing your mind on what you want to achieve and part of that is looking at the benefits of anxiety for you.  Your subconscious mind works for your benefit and had a good reason for giving you anxiety so we find out what that is and your mind can then understand their are better ways for your wellbeing i.e. being calm and relaxed.
