Anxiety – Heal with Hypnosis

I see a lot of clients with anxiety. It seems to be part of daily living. Some of you will have various levels of anxiety all day while others will be hit with these feelings just before a presentation. Along with anxiety, panic attacks can occur. Do your panic attacks occur at the same time every day/night? Perhaps no-one at work would believe you are anxious and indeed, if you are in a managerial position it would not do to show these feelings.

Anxiety is part of stress. When stress is triggered the hormones produce the fight or flight syndrome and now there is a third “freeze”. All energies are sent and concentrated in the arms or legs to help you run (you may feel like running out of the room) or to fight which is not the greatest use of energy while trying to do a presentation! The “freeze” aspect of stress is new and it does as it says on the tin – you cannot move.

Along with the above you may have some of the following symptoms and indeed more:

  • knot in the stomach;
  • sweaty palms;
  • palpitations;
  • redness/blushing of neck and/or face;
  • dissociation;
  • loss of voice.

Why continue to suffer when hypnosis is a tool to help you regain control over your symptoms. Your mind caused these symptoms and only your mind can change them.

Using hypnosis and practical skills I help you to help yourself.

You regain control. So call me now on 086 1038892. Based on Baggot Street, Dublin.
