Anxiety Panic and Hypnosis

When the body goes through panic, one of the feelings you experience is the loss of control. This loss of control can send you into freefall. You may be able to manage in your every day life but when the trigger effect – fear of crowds, fear of flying, fear of being centre of attention – occurs what can you do? The first step is acknowledging that you don’t know how to proceed. Hypnosis is a process to bring clarity to the “unknown”. Consciously you know that you don’t want to feel panic but in order to change the feelings of panic, you need to know how you want to feel rather than what you don’t want. To bring about control of your feelings of panic and anxiety, your subconscious mind must be activated and we do this through hypnosis. It doesn’t matter how logical you are, change must occur within the subconscious and to accomplish this you tell the subconscious the way you want to be a certain way in certain situations.
