If you want a reliable way to manage and control your anger with a goal of not being bothered by minor things use hypnosis and NLP. In time, anger is no longer an issue for you. In just your first session, I am helping you to understand how you can control what is going on inside you. We look at the various triggers for your anger and objectively seek ways to have these less bothersome for you, a re-frame in other words. As you know, when you start to think angry thoughts, your body goes into a spasm almost, it needs to find a way to release this pent up anger. With hypnosis, it is a relaxation and a relaxation that involves both your mind and body. When you move from an awake state (Beta) to a light trance, daydream (Alpha), this is the state that allows you to make major changes as long as you are focused on what you want to achieve. In the Alpha state, we can use NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to re-adjust and reprogramme your response so that you can get a glimpse into the future of how much better life can be for you. A deeper state known as Theta is when you go into a light sleep and in this state, I am talking and giving the suggestions that you want so that they have a firm root in your subconscious mind. You also receive a CD to play in between sessions (and this is a session within itself). Overall a wonderful feeling of well being is achieved and as your confidence and faith in yourself build, you see dramatic changes in your life. You will find that when you reflect on your week post session, that there may have been incidences where you would previously have been very annoyed and angry and now, they just don’t bother you.
