Anger can be expressed in different forms. The most obvious is aggression, then there is anger avoidance, so you turn the anger inwards towards yourself with feelings of depression and low self esteem, bullying is also an anger symptom and being passive aggressive (taking the “poor me” role).
The aim of anger therapy is to teach you how to be assertive and to express yourself well. But you do need to recognise your uncontrolled emotion and how it presents and we do this by uncovering early conditioning (childhood views of self expression and anger) and we do first effectively and efficiently with hypnotic regression and use hypnotic methods then to create and instal new patterns for better behaviour so that you respond rather than react to stimuli.
