Anger management is more than just learning how to control the rage that is it inside you, it is about understanding why you are angry. Anger is a secondary emotion and that thing that causes our anger to explode is rarely the true object of our anger. When we feel threatened in any way, emotionally, physically, intellectually, we adapt to the primal state of attack being the best form of defense. You know yourself, the guilt that follows any anger outburst especially if directed at innocents. NLP and hypnosis are useful tools to help you to control the anger immediately and develop more assertive ways of dealing with, for example, people you find difficult and feel threatened by. Remember your anger state is not a positive even if you are defending yourself. You can learn to lose that “wound up” feeling inside so that you approach all situations from a position of power, being calm and in control.
