Weight and Hypnosis - Different Aspects (2)

Exercise, weight loss and hypnosis.  You know that to lose weight you need to do more exercise, make better choices with regard to food and use hypnosis to help you!  Exercise - it can be hard after a long day at work to gather the energy needed to put on your walking (or running) shoes and head out.  Hypnosis can help you focus on the positive benefits of exercise so that you get out.  The women’s mini marathan is coming up in June - could that be a focus for exercise.  A personalised hypnotic CD to keep the motivation going (I am really a coach in your ear, keeping you motivated) is really the best gift you can give yourself.

Weight and Hypnosis - Different Aspects 1.

Did you know that hypnosis can help focus on just one area in relation to weight loss?  Perhaps you just need motivation to jump start your healthy eating.  Then let me and hypnosis help you - a personalised CD can help you focus on the foods that are healthy for you - let’s face it, we all know what healthy foods suit us and what don’t.  Some people may be sensitive to wheat products or those who suffer with migraine will know that citrus foods are not our friends.  So, to be able to focus on what will help live a more energetic life is possible and hypnosis can help.  It’s coming into Summer now and the ranges of fruits and salads are more plentiful and juicier.  Look forward to the new tastes.  Gain focus on a healthier you in terms of what you eat.

Weight and Hypnosis - General

When mentioning hypnosis people in general will immediately think “stop smoking” but hypnosis can help you in various way with regard to weight and your body image.  Hypnosis deals with the emotional attachment to food and breaks this hold that food has on your emotions - think about it - when we’re sad, we eat, when we’re happy, we eat and we eat in between these moods!

What would it mean to you not to have to diet again (remember don’t have x, y, z) and not to be always thinking of food and planning your next meal.  That is the problem with diets - they force you to think of food - food you can’t eat, food you can eat, food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks - it’s a constant roundabout!  You probably come on and off diets, you are “good or bad” depending on what you consumed.

So, back to my question - what would it be like for you if food did not feature so heavily in your thoughts?  Would it be a release?  Would it frighten you to have the much more space in your mind to think about other things? What could you do with this extra head space?

If you would like a life where food is in its rightful place (as fuel for your body) then give me a call on 086 1038892 to arrange an appointment in Baggot Street.
