March Madness!
It has been a very busy month for me. New Year’s resolutions are waning and people are looking for help to keep them up. I have met a variety of people and feel privileged to help in your lives in some small way. Remember, I am just your tour guide into hypnosis, you do the work.
Summer is approaching - as if you need reminding! Time to think about holidays.
Did you know that people tend to spend more time planning their holidays than they do planning their lives? Are you one of these?
Weight loss - time to think about that bikini that is like some ghost in your wardrobe waiting to haunt you after the winter. Diets don’t work. The simplest thing is:
Everything in Moderation.
That way there is no denial.

This month I’m reading Bill Cullen’s Golden Apples. It is very enjoyable and I recommend it to those of you who perhaps need some inspiration or just wish to pass the time on the bus or train. He is a classic example of what the mind can believe, the mind can achieve! Bill is Mr. Renault Ireland. He came from a fruit and veg sellers on Moore Street to become one of Ireland’s richest men. No chips on either shoulder there!
